Our new Remedial Massage Therapist

Sofia Aranguren is the newest addition to the Simply Health team, taking up the position of Remedial Massage Therapist.  Sofia will work along with our other soft tissue therapists, Andrew (Remedial Massage) and Jane (Myotherapist).

Prior to her Remedial Massage training, Sofia worked as a computer engineer.  While having success in this role, Sofia was drawn into healthcare  by her passion to help people.  Sofia’s first training in massage was in her home country of Colombia.  She later moved to Western Australia where she completed her training and more recently has moved to Melbourne.

Sofia lives in Camberwell with her 10 year old daughter Jennifer, who attends Camberwell Primary School.  Sofia likes swimming, walking and getting out into nature.

Brenna returns to Donald

It has been a pleasure to have Brenna working with us these last 18 months.  After enjoying her Melbourne experience, Brenna has now returned to her home town of Donald in regional Victoria.  Brenna has sent this message to her patients.

As most of you know, I have made the difficult decision to step away from the clinic and move back to my home town to be closer to family.

I would just like to express my sincere thanks for your custom over the course of my time at Simply Health.  I have thoroughly enjoyed working here and being able to get to know my clients on a personal level to assist in gaining the best results possible from treatment.

Thank you once again and I wish you all the best for the future.
